Azerbaijan

I haven’t visited Azerbaijan yet, but I’ve included community reports from those that have.

Azerbaijan, 2022: Lennart Verheuvel, 11 days & 9 species including Goitred Gazelle, Marbled Polecat and Eastern Tur.

Azerbaijan, 2018: Mike Hoit, 2.5 weeks and around 15 mammals including Persian Gazelles and Marbled Polecat.

Azerbaijan, 2007: Michal Polanski, 1 day and several hundred Persian Gazelles.

Azerbaijan, late 1980s: Vladimir Dinets’ notes of sites there with species including Armenian Shrew, Urartu Mouselike Hamster and Eastern Barbastelle.
