Trip Report: Yellowstone, May 2024
Trip report from a recent trip we took to Yellowstone for 5 days. We saw a total of 19 mammal species, with highlights including Grizzly Bear, Grey Wolf, and Moose.

The wolf watchers there said they prevent people from walking closer to ensure the animals aren’t disturbed. The view from the scope is a lot better than the picture’s let on as you can still get a pretty good look at them. You’d probably have to find wolves elsewhere in the park if you want to get proper photos though. 🙂

The wolves do seem pretty far away. is it allowed to simply walk closer to them or do they run away?
