Sabah Mammal Tour (30 Juli – 13 August 2025): 4th (and potentially 5th) participant invited to join

A group of 3 enthousiastic mammalwatchers is looking for a 4th (and potentially 5th if willing to share a room) participant in a mammal tour in Sabah with focus on cats and other interesting mammals.

The program and time schedule are fixed:

  • 30 July 2025: pick-up from Sandakan airport and transport to Sepilok Nature Lodge. Afternoon visit to Orangutan Rehabilitation centre and evening walk for Tarsier, etc.
  • 31 July: transport to Deramakot. Night safari of 4 hrs
  • 1-6 August: Deramakot. Night safaris of 7 hrs each.
  • 7-8 August: transport to Kinabatangan River (Borneo Nature Lodge) with boat safaris in the afternoon and night on 7 August and a pre-breakfast, afternoon and night safari on 8 August
  • 9-12 August: transport to Tabin Wildlife Reserve (Tabin Wildlife Resort). Program comprises of jungle walks, 1 x River safari & 3 x dawn safaris & 4 x extended night safari .
  • 13 August: end of tour and drop-off at Lahad Datu airport.

Throughout the tour there are 4 rooms available on each location. There are already 3 participants that each have opted for a single room accommodation. I am now looking for a 4th participant (and potentially 5th when both wish to share the remaining room).

Price is very attractive.
