Easy Arctic Foxes in Iceland

Im currently in Iceland (again) and just want to recommend a spot were Arctic Fox is very reliable. At the visitor center at Malarrifsviti they are seen daily and the breed there. I saw two cubs yesterday. It’s a 2,5 hours drive from Reykjavik on paved roads all the way and easy driving, even with two teenage girls in the car… We kombined it with a whale watching trip with Láki Tours and saw Minke Whale and White-beaked Dolphins, the wind prohibited us to go past the tip of the peninsula and search for Orcas.
The scenery at the Snæfellsbær peninsula is spectacular.
We also saw an adult Arctic Fox along the road from Malarrifsviti to Ólafsvik.
