Buenos Aires province 11/2024

Once again keeping up with the trends, I took 3 days off in Buenos Aires to drive south – 13 species, 4 lifers, but tuco-tucos are now my only heard-only family! Shame i didn’t see those, or even more species of those, because I had a great title – tucotucotour – for that occasion. Maybe next time!

    There are 44 species of Tuco-tuco in Argentina. So a future report could also be called ‘Tuco-tuco ticko-ticko’

      Or possibly tuco-tuco dipo-dipo. Just travel around and fail to see 44 species, sounds fun 🙂

        haha … it is always fun looking for them. Meanwhile sorry I stuffed up the coordinated in Necochea. This is the correct place 38.57824° S, 58.71898° W – I fixed my report.
