Otters (and others) in the Philippines?

We’re heading to the Philippines in November and there aren’t a lot of trip reports on here (though we’ll certainly go to Bohol for tarsiers!). There are apparently Asian small-clawed otters on Palawan but I can’t find anyone online who claims to be able to help find them.

So I wondered if anyone has any info on Philippine mammals or any contacts who might be able to help? For that matter, does anyone know of anywhere in Philippines, Vietnam or Laos where Asian small-clawed otters are possible? Thanks!
