Snow Leopard wathing in Kasachstan

I might have the chance to go to Kasachsten. It is planed to go to south-east part near Almaty. Does anybody know a place where it is the best chance to spot a Snow Leopard. Does it have specialist around who I could contact there. Thanks for every help.
