Eulemur taxonomy

Here’s a new paper on Eulemur (brown lemur and relatives) evolutionary history. The authors weren’t interested in taxonomy, but their results show that the recently split “species” of brown lemurs have very recent divergence dates, and in some cases aren’t mutually monophyletic. I’m glad I still have them as one species in my list 🙂
