New Trip Reports: Western Sahara and South Africa
Hello and a happy new year everyone. I just added two new reports on mammalwatching.com
Morocco & Western Sahara: Richard Webb, 11 days & 16 species. Great report from an exciting area with the highlights including Sand Cat and Libyan Polecat. Lowlights including Moroccan car hire companies, which I had issues with back in 1990.
South Africa, 2012: John Wright, 2 weeks & 40 species including Water Mongoose, Caracals, Aardwolves, Smith’s Red Rock Rabbits and a Zorilla.
More from me about my week in Sulawesi soon
cheers
Jon

Two fantastc reports. The Abramskraal water hole in West Coast National Park (South Africa) is a good place for daylight Caracal sightings. I saw one there in May 2011.
